Frankie’s Cocktail

basically a green juice with some gin it

This recipe includes ingredients that are IBS friendly - no need to worry about an after cocktail bloat! It is refreshing, light + can easily be a mocktail!

1.     Wash and dice one English cucumber

2.     Chop up a ripe whole pineapple

3. Juice six limes and set aside the zest of two

4. Cut about three to four inches of a ginger (all based on spicy preferences)

5. Blend cucumber, pineapple, lime juice, lime zest, ginger, a handful of mint (15 leaves or to taste) + two cups of water

6. Stain over a pitcher to remove any pulp

7. Serve in a glass with ice 1 oz of Hendrick’s gin and garnish with cucumber slices + cucumber
