I founded Goodness & Wellness after more than a decade of event experience across the Washington, DC area and international settings, with the intention of making hosting feel effortless. While much of the event industry is designed around larger-scale celebrations, my focus is on intimate gatherings. From setup to styling, we make it easy for you to host with confidence and ease.
After hosting countless events myself, I understand how much time and energy often goes into creating a beautiful experience, from hours spent planning and shopping for items that may only be used once. Goodness & Wellness offers a different approach. We set the table for you with curated rentals, custom styling, and optional floral design so you can focus on enjoying your guests.
Each collection is thoughtfully designed to feel timeless, creative, and elevated, while still allowing space for your personal style to come through. There is no clutter to store, no unnecessary excess to purchase, and no compromise on beauty. It is a more intentional way to host that is kinder to both your home and the planet.
