Frankie’s Turkey Chili

a hearty + robust bowl of comfort

1.    Brown one pound of lean turkey meat

2.   One tablespoon of olive oil

3.   One 28 ounce of crushed red tomato

4.   One + ¼ cup of chicken broth

5.   One chopped red bell pepper

6.   One 15.5 ounce can of red kidney beans rinsed + drained

7.   One 15.5 ounce can of black beans rinsed + drained

8.  One 15.5 ounce can of corn rinsed + drained

9.   ½ a teaspoon of garlic powder

10.  ¼ teaspoon of paprika

11.  Two teaspoons of cumin

12. Two tablespoons of chili powder

13.  ½ a teaspoon of cayenne pepper

14.  Top with colby jack cheese, avocados and/or jalapeños

15.  Enjoy this recipe that is packed with flavor, protein and fiber
