How I always get my greens in

  • 1/3 cup of pure pineapple juice

  • 2 cups of spinach

  • 1 peeled Persian cucumber

  • 1/4 cup of frozen mango

  • 1/4 cup of frozen peaches

  • Squeeze half a lemon

Please note, if you like your smoothies a bit more smooth and thin, add a little bit of water as you blend. I would start with one table spoon of water at a time.
